LOC is open to people who live or work in Ottawa County and who aspire to leadership positions. We encourage individuals who currently hold leadership positions in their community or their company to participate.

There are a limited number of seats available each class session so early application is encouraged.

Interested individuals, businesses or organizations may submit applications to LOC.
