Leadership Ottawa County Curriculum


	The Leadership Ottawa County curriculum focuses on the following twelve program objectives to concurrently benefit the participants, their sponsoring organizations, Ottawa County, and Leadership Ottawa County: Principles of Leadership Ottawa County Resource Appreciation Meetings & Boardmanship Current Issues in Ottawa County Promoting Leadership in Ottawa County Attitude – the Difference Maker Teamwork Networking Goal Setting Communication Skills Promoting Ottawa County Resources Community Involvement – Community Improvement Project
			About the Class Community Improvement Project: This project is intended to encourage participants to accept leadership positions and actively pursue community involvement opportunities within Ottawa County. The class works as a team in designing, implementing and presenting a community improvement project that will positively impact Ottawa County. The team present the project at the graduation dinner.
